We understand how important it is to get your package within our estimated time frame, but we are still experiencing shipping delays. The only thing we can ask for at this time is to be patient with us during this crisis.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing & Shipping

Our estimated processing and shipping times are 5-10 business days and may exceed that depending on how big your order is. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please wait at least 10 business days to reach out to us about your package if you have not received a tracking number.

 

Once your order is with a shipping company we are not responsible for how long shipping is taking and you'll have to reach out to them for more information regarding your package. You'll know what shipping company has your package by your tracking number which can be USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Cancellations & Refunds

We currently do not cancel orders or offer refunds. We only give refunds if the item is defective or the item is out of stock.
